We keep WordPress itself updated to the latest version, so your site stays stable, compatible and secure.
We update the plugins your site relies on as new versions are released, preventing security vulnerabilities and keeping everything working together.
When security flaws are discovered in WordPress or its plugins, we apply fixes promptly so your site isn’t left exposed.
Automatic copies of your entire website taken every 7 days. Your safety net if anything ever goes wrong.
We connect your site to Google Analytics so you can see how many people are visiting, where they’re coming from, and what they’re doing.
Get support via email or you can raise a ticket on our ticketing system.
If a 3rd party plugin update causes something to break on your site, we will diagnose and fix the conflict upon request. Additional charges will apply (£30+VAT/half hour).

If you prefer to use 2 Factor Authentication to access the Admin panel on your website, we can configure this for you. Please let us know if you require this.

Premium Spam Filter: £30+VAT/Year
Our Premium Spam filter operates outside the website, preventing spam and bots from reaching the website in the first place.
With our spam protection, there’s no need to tick an “I’m not a robot” box or try to workout how many squares contain traffic lights, or decipher warped text images! Our filter works in the background to detect spam and spam bots using their unique signatures.

- Choose Essentials if your website is a straightforward brochure site, doesn’t change often, and you’re comfortable contacting us on an ad-hoc basis when you need support.
- Choose Premium if your website is important to your business, you want daily backups and phone support as standard, and you’d value having a monthly hour of support time included without raising a separate invoice every time.
- Choose Ultimate if your website is business-critical, handles eCommerce transactions or membership data, changes frequently, or you simply want the fastest hosting and most comprehensive cover available.

WordPress Care Plans. Your Questions Answered
es. All websites we build are hosted and maintained by us, so a care plan is included as standard — Essentials is the minimum. This means your site is always looked after from the moment it goes live, with no gaps in security or updates.
es. We can take on third-party WordPress websites, though we charge a one-off transfer fee to migrate and review your site before it goes on to a care plan. The cost is agreed after we’ve assessed the build — the themes, plugins and any custom code involved all affect the time required. Get in touch and we’ll take a look.
That depends on your plan. The Ultimate plan includes full malware removal and hack recovery as standard. On Essentials and Premium, this isn’t included — however, you can add Enhanced Security Protection for £45+VAT/month, which covers malware removal and hack recovery alongside more robust proactive security measures. We’d recommend this add-on for any site handling sensitive information.
We can also perform a one-off malware-removal task if required. Prices start from £550+VAT, depending on the size of the website.
Yes. If your needs change, you can move between plans. Get in touch and we’ll sort it.
Your monthly support allowance on the Premium and Ultimate care plans covers small updates to your site’s content — text changes, image swaps, adding a new team member, updating contact details — and help with Google Workspace tools like Gmail and Google Drive. It’s not intended for new page builds or development work, which would be quoted separately.
We have a fair usage policy: up to 1 hour per month on Premium and up to 2 hours per month on Ultimate. Additional content support is available at £30+VAT per half hour.
Our care plans are monthly rolling — there’s no long-term contract to sign. We’d ask for a month’s notice if you decide to cancel.
